You can just type whois into google and it will give you many options. For ease of use i will give you a direct link. Part way down you will see the created date. This is the date when the domain name was first registered. It Says March 16th.
To check just visit http://whois.domaintools.com/listbook.net and check the creation date
Secondly there are many tools which show you page rank I have again provided a link to my favourite page rank tool. Feel free to check using your own pagerank checker.

Some of you are now saying "That was registered 2 months ago so its not really page rank 6 in 1 month is it"
To understand you need to know that Google only updates the page rank of a website every 3 months and the last update was the end of april. So when this site was awarded a PR of 6 it was 1 month old.
